Gun Raffle Rules

1. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, have intention of using the firearm only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction on the safe use and operation of the firearm won.

2. DRAWING LOCATION: Stone County Courthouse, Mountain View, AR

3. DRAWING DATE: October 24, 2026 during Bean Fest in Mountain View, AR

4. Proceeds of the Gun Raffle benefit the Allison Sylamore Volunteer Fire Department.

5. Winners must be at least 18 years old to take possession of a firearm. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. Ticket Purchasers MUST pass background check. Note: Tickets should not be made out to children below the age of 18, as they will not be able to take possession of the firearm.

6. All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.

7. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.

8. Allison Sylamore Volunteer Fire Department solely reserves the right to change the location and/or

dealer for any transfer. Winning ticket holders must make a transfer through the Allison Sylamore Volunteer Fire Department selected dealer, and in accordance with all applicable laws.

9. The winner will be contacted via phone number provided on ticket stub. If no response from the ticket holder within 48 hours, a new winning ticket will be drawn.

10. At no time will Allison Sylamore Volunteer Fire Department take possession of the firearm

involved in this raffle. Winners will receive the firearm directly from an FFL dealer only. All applicable laws will apply.

11.  Allison Sylamore Volunteer Fire Department limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket(s) purchased.
